Who I Am
I'm Eric B., otherwise known as EzloSpirit. I'm a high school student, podcaster, and fiction writer. I come from a musically-inclined family, my mother having sung in a few semi-professional choirs in the past decade or so and my brother being a proficient guitar player and having a degree in ethnomusicology (the study of music from different cultures around the world). On top of singing a lot for fun and singing with school choruses from 5th grade until 8th grade, I have played the clarinet since I was 7 years old, and I've been in school bands, honors bands, and a winds division of my county's youth orchestra since 4th grade (not all at once, though!). I also love acting, although I've only been in several camp plays (with leading roles 2 out of 3 times) and plays with the drama class that I took from 4th grade through 6th grade. While this blog focuses on my series of covers of random songs that I like, I have also written more than 10 original songs and a parody or two, mostly as concepts for possible musicals or television/movie themes.
